    1. How do I Sign-Up?

      You can create a free account on the edobo site by clicking on the “Sign-Up” option. Once you do this, you will need to fill in basic account details - name, phone number, email ID and your residential address. Based on your location, you can easily avail certain delivery options.
    2. Can I have multiple accounts with the same phone number and email ID?

      No, in order to create a new account, you will need to provide a different phone number and email ID. Your location can still remain the same however the registered username/password will also change once you create a new account.
    3. Can I update my mobile number and ID?

      Yes, you can update your mobile number and ID by accessing the original account on the platform.

    1. What is Slot Delivery?

      Slot delivery refers to particular time slots wherein you can receive your order. The slots available are

    2. What are the delivery charges?

      - We are practising best for the contact-less delivery, as the products are sanitized and sent to you , then we urge to take all precautionary measures before receiving the Order/Products etc. from the delivery executive.

    1. How do I add or remove products after placing the order?

      Once you have placed the order, it cannot be changed or altered. You can however cancel the order.
