CANCELLATION OF ORDERS :
As a customer, you have the option to cancel your order before the designated slot's cut-off time (i.e. 10.00 PM of the day preceding the date of actual delivery of the product) by contacting our customer service. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be canceled. Partial order cancellations are not allowed.
We retain the exclusive right to cancel your order in the following circumstances:
- If the specified address falls outside our designated delivery area.
- If we are unable to establish contact with you through phone or email to confirm the order.
- If your order cannot be delivered due to insufficient information, direction, or authorization from you during delivery.
- If any items you ordered are unavailable at the time of order placement.
- If the delivery person is denied access to your compound, community, or society, or if unforeseen uncontrollable factors prevent delivery.
Our "no questions asked return and refund policy" allows all our members to return products during delivery if they are dissatisfied with the quality or freshness for any reason. You qualify for a refund in the following scenarios, provided you made an upfront payment for your order:
- If you decline the delivery due to tampered, broken, or spilled packaging.
- If we cancel your order due to any reasons mentioned above.
IN ALL CASES, THE DECISION TO GRANT REFUNDS RESTS SOLELY WITH US, AND SUCH DECISIONS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND BINDING.
Refunds will be credited to your edobo wallet. You can initiate a request to transfer funds from your edobo wallet back to their original source. Depending on your bank's policies, the credited funds might take 5-7 working days to reflect in your bank account. It is recommended to review product listings before making a purchase, as incorrect items ordered are not eligible for return or refund.
You are not liable to pay for:
- Receiving incorrect items compared to your order.
- Missing items or quantities at the time of delivery.
RETURN OF ITEMS
Items can be returned under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item delivered instead of the ordered one.
- Items significantly damaged or reduced in quality during delivery.
You must provide necessary proofs, including pictures of defective goods, to facilitate our fulfillment of your return requests.
Returns can be arranged either at the time of delivery or by contacting our Customer Care. Please note that returns will not be accepted once the product packaging has been opened or the product has been partially or fully consumed.
- Perishable items are eligible for return only if quality issues are raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Non-perishable items are eligible for returns only if the original packaging is intact, and return requests are raised within 2-3 days of delivery.
- Milk cannot be accepted for returns due to the multiple factors that can contribute to its spoilage.
Returns or refund requests will not be entertained beyond the specified timeframes following product delivery. We may request disposal of the items you wish to return, but this step is at your discretion.
