Coating: Bread Crumbs (Refined Wheat Flour, Sugar, Iodized Salt, Yeast, Spices & Condiments), Batter (Refined Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Soy Flour, Iodized Salt, Spice & Condiments)
Filling : Chicken Breast Meat (38%), Onion, Soya, Isolated Soya Protein, Green Chilli, Vegetable Oil, Iodised Salt, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste and Mint Leaves.
- Preheat oil on high flame (180 C). If you don t have a temperature gauge, sprinkle some bread crumbs in the hot oil. If crumbs start bubbling and frying immediately, the oil is sufficiently hot to start frying the product
- Once the oil is heated, immerse the frozen breaded product in the hot oil and then immediately reduce the heat to medium.
- Fry for 3-5 minutes till the bread crumbs are golden brown.
- Remove and drain excess oil.
- Serve hot.
